Meet the Doctor

Alex Ruth, D.C.

Dr. Alex Ruth was born and raised in Laurel, MD. In 2006, he began training in the sport of acrobatics gymnastics. He went on to compete at the national and international level representing USA Gymnastics both domestically and abroad between 2009 and 2012. This experience inspired a deep interest in biomechanics and movement.

Dr. Alex went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at University of Maryland College Park and then his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University where he graduated Cum Laude.

After practicing in Washington DC and Raleigh, North Carolina for the first 5 years of his career, he has returned to Maryland to serve high quality chiropractic care to the Baltimore community.

Dr. Alex is passionate about his profession and teaches chiropractic adjusting technique seminars to students and doctors of chiropractic across the United States. He is the lead facilitator of spinal adjusting technique workshops with Chiro Ease and also teaches extremity adjusting technique workshops with Extremity Evolution. Dr. Alex teaches because he believes that the public deserves the very highest level of service that this profession can offer and these seminars help other chiropractors deliver safer, more effective care.

About The Office

Love Your Life Chiropractic is located on the lower floor of “Traditional Acupuncture” at 3125 Eastern Ave – just across the street from the Creative Alliance and at the eastern edge of Patterson Park. When you enter the office, feel free to walk to the rear of the first floor and take the stairs down to the main office where you’ll find our reception area, pictured below.

This office is generally inaccessible to people in wheelchairs and those who cannot accommodate stairs as there are several steps up to the front door as well as a flight of stairs from the entrance down to the main office. For people who cannot manage stairs, Dr. Alex offers house call appointments. If you are interested in having Dr. Alex take care of you in your own home, call or email for more information.
